The construction of a new railway station in Nidzica has been completed. The new facility was created as one of the so-called Innovative Systemic Stations according to the original project of the Polish National Railways, under which 40 small, modern and environmentally friendly stations will be built throughout the country by 2023. DYSTEN has already equipped several Innovative Systemic Stations with Dynamic Passenger Information System devices.
The station has architectural and functional solutions, thanks to which the entire facility and its immediate surroundings are fully adapted to serve all travelers, regardless of their health, physical condition, or the size of their luggage.
Innovative railway stations have pro-ecological solutions, such as photovoltaic panels, rainwater recovery for flushing toilets, LED lighting, and heat pumps.
