Railway infrastructure - DYSTEN delivered and installed elements of the dynamic passenger information system on the platforms of two railway stations in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
Dysten has accepted the order for the production, delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete system for the Premium category passenger station - Łódź Kaliska. According to the classification of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe SA, there are 18 such facilities in Poland. These are the largest and most important railway stations in the country. They serve international, inter-voivodship and regional traffic, and are also important transport hubs in the city and region.
Dysten delivered the PKP PLK Dynamic Passenger Information System to the Warszawa Główna Osobowa station. Passengers are served by 76 devices that meet all the technical and functional requirements of executive elements of the Central PIDS of PKP PLK. At passenger stations, complete and up-to-date information on train timetables is required. Therefore, the passenger information screens presents the routes, directions and times of the nearest train departures, in accordance with the changes corrected on an ongoing basis by the Central Application of the Dynamic Passenger Information System or the dispatcher.
Manufacturer Dysten, in the task of Renovation and Reconstruction of the railway station complex in Węgliniec, provided and installed a Dynamic Passenger Information System in accordance with the requirements of IPI 6 PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowa S.A.
The tasks of the DYSTEN company were to provide the executive elements of the Passenger Information System for railways, the purpose of which is to provide travelers with full, up-to-date and automated passenger information.

The company installed the passenger information displays and launched the visual and voice system at the station. The devices compatible with technical and functional requirements – Ipi-6 are connected with the Central System of Dynamic Passenger Information of Polish National Railways.
The DYSTEN company supplied 55-inch WZS55Z station arrivals/departures displays with a brightness of 3000 rivets with an integrated analog clock, which were mounted on the wall of the station hall next to the ticket offices. Additionally, the space for travelers was equipped with 47-inch free-standing WZS47Z station collective displays. Train arrival and departure boards were produced in accordance with the current guidelines of Polish State Railways.
The next station implemented under the Railway Station Investments Program was handed over to passengers. The new building of the railway station in Malczyce has not only regained its historical appearance but has also been adapted to the needs of travelers and the needs of the local community. The construction of a new railway station in Nidzica has been completed. 80 rail devices for the Radom railway station
For the station in Radom, DYSTEN company has produced passenger information displays in accordance with the regulation “Guidelines on executive elements of the Central System of Dynamic Passenger Information and Accompanying Infrastructure IPI-6” and integrated the devices with the central system. Double-sided displays with clocks were mounted on each edge of the platform. Info Kiosks have been installed on the platforms and in the underpass. Tunnels and underpasses are equipped with displays informing about train arrivals and departures. In addition to visual information, a new PA system has been installed.

LED technology is much more efficient in terms of energy consumption. DYSTEN research shows that the differences in actual energy consumption between an LED display and LCD TFT display ranged from 300 to 500 percent.

Railway station in Kędzierzyn-Koźle is one of the largest objects of this kind in Opole Voivodeship. The building was modernized in the years 2014 – 2015. Completed work included adapting the station to the needs of disabled, the installation of the monitoring system, renovation of the historic elements of the building, which was held in collaboration with the conservator.
The Kraków Płaszów Railway Station is the second-largest railway station in Małopolska in terms of the number of passengers served, as many as 320 trains a day, so we are all the more pleased that our company has been selected for the project. Due to the high frequency of train departures, the station needed a large, legible main station display boards with the timetable for the next 9 trains.
